By accessing or using aixbc services, including our Alpha Telegram group, AI bot, and associated content, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Access Requirements

  • Access to our Alpha Telegram requires holding 1% of supply (10M $AIXBC tokens)

  • Verification is performed through Collab.land

  • We reserve the right to remove users who fall below the holding requirement or do not bring accretive value to the group

Information Use

  • All signals and information provided are for informational purposes only

  • No content should be considered financial advice

  • Users are responsible for their own trading decisions

  • Past detection performance does not guarantee future results

Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

  • Share signals, research reports, or content outside of our private TG community

  • Create or distribute screenshots of aixbc signals or Telegram messages

  • Use our signals for commercial purposes without permission

  • Attempt to bypass verification systems

  • Harass or abuse other community members

  • Spam or post unrelated content

Intellectual Property

  • All content, including signals, analysis, and methodology, is proprietary

  • Users may not reproduce or distribute our content without permission

  • The aixbc name, logo, and associated materials are protected intellectual property

Modification of Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time

  • Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms

  • Material changes will be announced in the Alpha Telegram

Limitation of Liability

  • aixbc is not responsible for trading losses and does not provide financial advice

  • We make no guarantees regarding accuracy of information

  • Users assume 100% of risks associated with trading

  • All trading decisions remain solely your responsibility
